Bannerfish 1000 VALO Tactic Puzzle

I would almost place thi to the category of challenge puzzles... Clear water and similar fish x100 (at least). It's good to reserve lost of time to complete this puzzle. Other than that here is nothing bad in the picture itself, or the quality. Plenty of challenge.
 
It has remained somewhat unclear to me whether VALO Puzzles is its own brand or part of Tactic. Both names are in the puzzle box. I couldn't find any information about the puzzle online, so it must be some sort of limited edition?
